Simpson by the Robbery Homicide Division detectives was the most incompetent interview ever conducted by a unit that prides itself on being "the best in the world". If they are the best one has to wonder who is the second best? While the Los Angeles grand jury move was a prosecutorial power play, designed to take control of the case from the LAPD, the prosecutors scornful tactics defied logic and at the same time defined Marcia Clark as a paranoid prosecutor who was suffering from "my way or the highway" mentality...."

The former ballet dancer and lead prosecutor in the O.J. Simpson case consciously wore her trendy mini-skirts to court and knowingly sought the media spotlight. It was apparent to many of us that Marcia Clark was competing with our own defense attorney Sara Caplan..."

The jurors in the O.J. Simpson trial did not buy into Mark Fuhrman, Chris Darden, and Marcia Clark's "win at all cost" mentality. The jury would end up "reading" them like a Hollywood script that she, Chris Darden, and Mark Fuhrman were in the process of writing and marketing. Bob Shapiro's civility and competence proved to be much more effective and skillful than the ineffective and overly aggressive approach by the prosecutors from the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office ..."
